Out-of-Work List

There are several Job Referral Rules of Laborers' Local 35 that are posted for review at any time. Here are some of the most common questions.

How do I get on the list?    

There is a signed, dated and timed referral form provided by the union at the Union Hall. You are responsible for signing in when released from a job.

How do I get off the Out-of-Work List?   

Members are removed from the list upon receiving a job referral. If you are laid off or discharged from a job you must register again for availability in order to be included on the list.
